spacious layout rooftop restaurant loud bangs difficult sleep
I stayed in a Palm Suite. The room was spacious with a nice layout. The rooftop restaurant offered a great view at sunset (I really enjoyed this feature).
The experience I had wasn't bad. I could hear conversations in the hallway. I could also hear the loud bangs from the next room. These noises made sleep a little difficult.

chaotic check-in obstructed view
the check-in process? a total mess. they wanted to charge extra for early access even though my room was supposedly ready. and guess what? the promised "premium room" faced a charming view of... a wall. so much for the upgrade i was tricked into.

Excellent Amenities and Service
wide choice kind gesture
The buffet offered many choices, I found it easy to have different meals. The staff surprised me with a birthday cake in my room (it was a very kind gesture). The rooftop lounge had a nice sunset view. The gym had everything I needed.
It was quite noisy at times.

The room was well-equipped, and I appreciated the balcony (it offered a great space to relax). Daily cleaning was available. The water was replenished during these services, keeping the room tidy. The air conditioning worked very efficiently.

The hotel had a perfect view of the Palm. The hotel pool area and the beach were both scenic. I found the hotel's location convenient (especially when considering the attractions in the area).

constant noise inconsistent service
The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options.
The noise was constant, starting early each morning. This made it impossible to relax on the balcony. the service was inconsistent.

The location is on the Palm. The staff was respectful. They created a cute atmosphere. The food had great variety.
